DDChanger is used in consolidation projects. Moving your existing server to VMware ESX/GSX Server or Microsoft Virtual Server is easy with DDChanger.
DDChanger can also be used when replacing old server hardware with new server
hardware. DDChanger activates more than 100 SCSI/RAID Adapters in Windows
2000/2003. Move your old servers to new ones of a different brand is possible without backup/restore or sysprep metods, just run your favorite imaging program to copy the data to the new server then run DDChanger to make Windows boot up on the new hardware.
